A friend recommended this bakery, so I decided to try a cake and a few rolls. Unfortunately, both tasted a little stale, and the frosting on the cake was way too sweet for me. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’d go back or buy from here again.

Some of the staff are really nice and make things feel easy, but others barely even say hi. It depends on the day, which gets frustrating when you’re stuck dealing with it and don’t really have another option.

I’ve been happy with the weekly deals. They’ve helped me save a decent amount, it feels like a good value every time I shop.

My order came almost 2 hours late. Again. No real updates either. Groceries were fine, nothing wrong there. But the timing was annoying.

I wasn’t sure if the points would really make much of a difference, but after trying it, I’m relieved. Using my VIC card has actually helped me save real money, and the deals have been better than I expected

I’ve been using Harris Teeter for grocery pickup for a while now, the substitutions have been solid. I know people can be picky about grocery swaps, and I am too, but I really haven’t had much to complain about.
When something is out, they usually grab the same size or a really close brand instead of some random thing that makes no sense. And to be fair, if there isn’t a decent match, they don’t just force a weird substitute, which I appreciate.
It makes ordering groceries way less of a hassle. I’ve had maybe one substitution I wasn’t thrilled with, but that’s hardly a big deal when most of them have been exactly what I probably would’ve picked myself

I just had to return a couple things from my Harris Teeter order, and I was expecting it to be annoying. But this last experience was really smooth — the staff were friendly, didn’t give me a hard time, and the refund showed up faster than I thought it would. After how easy this was, I’m feeling good about shopping there again.

I mostly use harristeeter.com for my weekly grocery orders, the fuel points are what keep me coming back. They build up quicker than you’d think, especially when you’re just buying the same stuff you needed anyway.

Last time I filled up, I got a decent discount per gallon, and it actually felt like real money saved instead of some random little perk. The site is simple enough to use too, so overall, I’ve been happy with it.

Shopping here is just... easy. I can get in, find what I need quickly, and get on with my day without it turning into a whole thing.

I’ve had okay luck with the meat here, honestly. It’s usually fine. The seafood, though, can be a little iffy. Sometimes it seems fresh, and other times… not so much.

My order was ready right on time, no question about it. I’m almost certain I was in and out in like five minutes, maybe even less. The substitutes were totally fine too, so overall this was definitely one of the easiest pickups ever.

I’ve had mixed luck with the produce here. Some of it looks really fresh and tastes good, but then a few things went bad way sooner than I expected. Maybe I just picked the wrong ones or went on an off day, but still, it’s a little frustrating when half of it is fine and the other half doesn’t last.

Had a little issue with my order and they got back to me fast, got it sorted out without any hassle so yeah, really appreciated that

Checked harristeeter.com for a couple of prescription prices. they were better than I expected. One of mine was cheaper than my old pharmacy, which was a nice surprise.

Only taking off one star because the pricing info was a little confusing. I still had to call the store to be sure. Overall, good.

I was kind of expecting something to be off, but nope, everything showed up just like it was listed. The inventory was right, the items were there, and it all matched up. Straightforward, but I appreciated not having any surprises.

The site gets the job done, but the checkout process just felt kind of awkward and not as smooth as I expected.

I’ve been using the Harris Teeter pharmacy for my refills, and overall it’s been a good experience. The staff has always been friendly, and they usually send a text when my prescriptions are ready, which is super helpful because I definitely don’t want to make an extra trip for nothing. I did have to wait a little longer once when they were really busy, but that happens. Prices seem reasonable too, at least from what I’ve seen.

It reminded me of that tiny bit of shopping stress when you just want to finish before you change your mind. Thankfully, everything else went smoothly, and I still got my order placed quickly.

I’ve always liked Harris Teeter well enough, but lately the prices on Harris Teeter are just too much. So many everyday items are higher than what I’m seeing on other grocery sites nearby, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they were still competitive. The sales help here and there, but not enough to make up for it. At this point, I only order from them when I really have no other choice...
